Terms of Use

By using OurElected Europe you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and in plain language.

What this service is

OurElected Europe is an informational tool that presents publicly available legislative and voting records, plus analysis computed from them. It is provided for transparency and civic education.

Accuracy and sources

Data is drawn from official open sources and refreshed regularly. We work to present it faithfully and link every record to its source, but we can’t guarantee it is complete, current, or free of errors — in our pipeline or in the source. Always confirm against the linked official record before relying on it.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It is not legal, financial, or voting advice.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Don’t misuse the service — no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to it or to other users’ data.

Independence

OurElected Europe is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of the European Union, any of its institutions, or any political party or campaign.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information presented here. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use means you accept the current version.
