Operator and contract

The operator record is not configured. Checkout is disabled until the legal name, address, jurisdiction, email, telephone, consumer terms, and tax status have been supplied and reviewed.

Research service

Our Elected Europe presents source-linked legislative, voting, representative, lobbying, and public-meeting records plus clearly labelled calculations. It is an independent civic research service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the EU, a government, party, or campaign.

We work to reproduce official sources faithfully and publish data status and methodology, but a source or ingestion can be delayed, partial, corrected, or unavailable. Verify consequential decisions against the linked primary record. The service is not legal, financial, or voting advice.

Ad-free subscription

The optional plan costs $9.99 USD per month before any applicable tax. It renews monthly until cancelled and removes display advertising only; all research remains public. Checkout must show the final total, tax, billing frequency, payment method, and an unambiguous obligation-to-pay action before an order is placed.

Stripe processes payment and provides receipts. The billing portal allows payment-method updates, invoices, and ordinary cancellation. Cancellation stops renewal and normally leaves ad-free active through the paid period. Mandatory local cancellation, refund, cooling-off, and chargeback rights are unaffected.

Withdrawal and refunds

Where a statutory cooling-off right applies, the operator provides the required notice and model withdrawal instructions. A request to begin service immediately must not waive a right unless the law permits it and the required express request, acknowledgement, and confirmation were obtained. Contact the operator for withdrawal, refund, billing error, or complaint review.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for securing your login and reporting suspected compromise. Do not gain unauthorised access, overload the service, evade controls, interfere with advertising measurement, or scrape at a scale that disrupts service. Reasonable public research and source verification are welcome.

Corrections, complaints, and availability

Report data corrections, accessibility problems, privacy concerns, or consumer complaints through the contact page. We may change, suspend, or retire features for security, source, or operational reasons, but cannot remove mandatory rights or already accrued remedies.

Liability and governing rules

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the free research service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability and the operator is not responsible for decisions made without checking primary sources. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer, privacy, or product-accessibility rights.

Any governing-law or court term is subject to the mandatory protections of the consumer’s habitual residence. The governing jurisdiction will be published before checkout is activated.

Changes

Material changes are dated and, where required, notified before taking effect. A change does not retroactively remove a paid or statutory right. The operator keeps the version accepted at checkout as contract evidence.
