Accessibility

Current status

The application is designed with semantic headings, labelled forms and advertising regions, keyboard navigation, a skip link, responsive layouts, and visible focus indicators. These implementation features are not a substitute for a completed accessibility assessment.

The service has not yet completed an independent WCAG 2.2 AA / EN 301 549 conformance audit. We therefore do not claim full conformance. Paid checkout remains subject to the operator’s documented European Accessibility Act applicability or exemption decision.

Known limitations

• Complex political-data tables may require horizontal scrolling on narrow screens.
• Third-party checkout, consent, and authentication experiences can have separate accessibility behavior controlled by their providers.
• Some primary-source documents linked from parliaments may not meet the same accessibility standard.

Feedback and alternatives

Report a barrier through the contact page. Include the page, task, browser, assistive technology, and preferred response format if comfortable doing so. We will acknowledge the report, investigate it, and provide an accessible alternative where reasonably possible.

Assessment method

The current evidence is limited to engineering review of the implementation. The operator must complete and document keyboard, zoom/reflow, automated, assistive-technology, and specialist testing before changing this statement to a conformance claim.
